A lot has happened in Mountain Lodge this past week. A new well was dug to the north side. We reached 10 gallons per minute flow at 180 feet so we were very pleased about that.
In addition the entire base for the first floor of Mountain Lodge was installed using a core slab system. Core slabs are pre-cast engineered concrete slabs that were custom ordered. Each slab has holes that run through the entire length of the slab to allow for placement of utilities through them.
The next step is to prepare for a concrete over-pour of the slabs after radiant-heat pipes are laid over the core slabs which will provide the heat source for the future.
